Dansk, founded in 1954 by Scandinavian designers Ted and Martha Nierenberg, is known for its timeless kitchen and tableware rooted in modernist design. I was asked to design the brand’s first wholesale catalog—a tool that would clearly communicate Dansk’s ethos while showcasing its iconic products.
My approach was to create a clean, minimal layout that allowed the photography to take center stage. By using pared-down copy and intentional spacing, the catalog balances storytelling with usability, giving buyers a streamlined way to experience the brand’s heritage and collection. The final piece reflects Dansk’s modern yet classic sensibility, presenting their product line in a way that feels both elevated and approachable.
